Her biggest inspiration is Women! In her own words “I love surrounding myself with strong minded women who can really push through life’s barriers to achieve their passion & goals.
When I see Women achieve fitness goals while being a mother, going to school or owning a business, it really inspires me level up and not feed into my excuses.
She is a board certified Behavior Analyst working in a diverse population within the health and fitness space!
