I am the Creator of @fithomegirls fitness clothing brand and proud owner @fithomegirls_PT studio gym in Mesa Az.
My journey started 10 years ago, when I was at my lowest point in life the gym became my therapy and I fell in love with lifting. I realized how much lifting changed me mentally and physically and I wanted other women to experience how empowering it was. I then decided to persue a career in Exercise Science, I got my degree and became a Personal Trainer. It is the best feeling to be able to do this everyday and see how many women, men and children I have been able to help in these 7 years as a PT. Never give up Homegirls porque SI SE PUEDE !💓💯
