So I started my journey 3 years ago with the goal to just lose weight and be healthy i started at 235 and got down to 150. In this process I discovered to love fitness and being able to push my body and see how far it can go. I learned to love all my flaws and to get back up and go for that one more set when my mind is telling me i can't. I have come so far and not stopping now , learn to love yourself inside and out only you can get in your way.
